All guests (including children<\/strong>) must present a valid ID for registration<\/strong>. Guests authorized to bring dogs or cats must present their vaccination records<\/strong> and accept the regulations. Unregistered guests are strictly prohibited.<\/strong> Relatives or friends may enter during the day (from 08:00 AM to 10:00 PM<\/strong>) upon payment of the daily visitor fee<\/strong>. Hot water, showers, and toilet paper are free of charge.<\/strong> Facilities include chemical toilets<\/strong>, a baby area<\/strong>, accessible services<\/strong>, and a paid laundry service<\/strong>. Guests are kindly asked to leave facilities clean<\/strong> and use them properly. Free hot water must not be wasted<\/strong>, especially in showers. Guests are advised to check the inventory upon arrival<\/strong> and report any missing items. In case of malfunctions or breakdowns, guests must contact reception by 07:00 PM<\/strong>. Repairs will be carried out as soon as possible<\/strong>. Check-out is available from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM<\/strong>. Guests must go to reception with all wristbands<\/strong>. Power cables must comply with CEE standards<\/strong>. Tampering with electrical units is strictly prohibited.<\/strong> In case of blackout, please contact reception<\/strong>. For water access, guests must also contact staff<\/strong>.<\/p>\nSanitary Facilities and Laundry<\/strong><\/h3>\n
An additional accessible facility is available at the beach bar<\/strong>. The key can be requested at reception or the beach bar<\/strong>. <\/p>\n
A Camper Service area<\/strong> is also available outside the facilities.<\/p>\nAccommodation Inventory Check<\/strong><\/h3>\n
The baby set (crib, high chair, and bath)<\/strong> is available on request and for a fee<\/strong>. Bath towels can be rented for \u20ac10 per person<\/strong>.<\/p>\nMaintenance Requests in Accommodations<\/strong><\/h3>\n
If replacement of equipment such as boiler or air conditioner<\/strong> is required, intervention will take place within 48 hours<\/strong>.<\/p>\nCheck-out<\/strong><\/h3>\n
Caravan pitches must be vacated by 01:00 PM<\/strong>. Accommodations must be vacated by 10:00 AM<\/strong>. <\/p>\nParking and Cars<\/strong><\/h3>\n
During the night (10:00 PM \u2013 08:00 AM<\/strong>), guests may exit only via the parking area<\/strong>. To re-enter, guests must show their wristband at reception<\/strong>.
Temporary stops are allowed for loading\/unloading, but parking near pitches or accommodations is prohibited<\/strong>.<\/p>\nNight Surveillance Service<\/strong><\/h3>\n
