CHECK-IN
All guests (including children) must present a valid ID for registration. Guests who are allowed to bring dogs or cats must provide the vaccination booklet and agree to the regulations. It is strictly forbidden to bring unregistered persons. Relatives or friends of guests may access the property during the day (from 08:00 to 22:00), but only by paying the daily “visitor” fee. Overnight stays for visitors are prohibited. Guests may occupy the accommodations (tents, lodges, mobile homes, etc.) starting from 15:00. Caravan pitches are available from 13:00. In case of early arrival, guests may check-in, but the campsite management cannot guarantee accommodation or pitch availability before the specified time. The payment for the booked stay must be made upon arrival and guaranteed with a credit card. If no credit card is available, prepayment in cash (up to a maximum of 3,000.00 euros), by debit card, or by check is required.
ACCESS CONTROL
All guests will receive a wristband that must be always worn. Only guests with wristbands are allowed to enter/exit the campsite (simply place the pass on the reader). Cars are registered (the rate includes one car; bringing a second car will incur an additional daily “Extra car” fee). Guests with a seasonal contract must display a sticker on the windshield issued by the campsite management.
CARAVAN/TESTS PITCHES
All pitches are equipped with 6 Ampere electrical connections, and some are provided with water and drainage connections. The electrical cables must comply with the standards and have formalized CEE plugs. It is forbidden to tamper with the electrical columns. In case of a blackout, guests must request assistance from the responsible staff at the reception. The staff must also be contacted for the opening of the water tap.
SANITARY BLOCKS/LAUNDY
The use of hot water, showers, and toilet paper is free of charge. In the restrooms, there are chemical toilets (for waste disposal), a baby changing area, and a disabled access facility (another one is available at the beach bar). There is also a laundry service (for a fee). Guests are encouraged to leave the facilities as clean as they found them and to use the services correctly, as indicated by the appropriate signs. For the disabled access service, guests must request the key at the reception or at the beach bar. The free use of hot water does not mean it should be wasted, especially in the showers. Outside the restrooms, there is also a Camper Service Area.
INVENTORY OF ACCOMMODATIONS
We recommend that all guests check the inventory of the accommodations upon arrival and report any missing items. The baby set service (crib, high chair, and baby bath) is available only by reservation and for an additional fee. As for bathroom linen, only shower towels are available for rent at 10 euros per person.
REQUEST OF MAINTENANCE SERVICE IN THE ACCOMMODATIONS

The reception will arrange for repairs as soon as possible. In the event of a breakdown requiring the replacement of a water heater or air conditioner, the intervention will be carried out within 48 hours.

During the night, from 22:00 to 08:00 the following day, guests may exit by car exclusively from the parking area at any time. However, to enter, guests must first go to the campsite entrance and show their wristband at the reception, which will open the parking gate from the outside. Stopping for normal loading/unloading procedures is allowed, but parking within the campsite near pitches/accommodations is strictly prohibited.
NIGHT SURVEILLANCE
The security service is provided from 22:00 to 08:00 the following day. In case of an emergency, guests should contact the security guard located at the entrance of the campsite. The guard’s phone number, along with the main emergency numbers such as ambulance, fire department, etc., are displayed outside the reception.
RUBBISH DISPOSAL-WASTE COLLECTION
Guests must dispose of their waste in the recycling area at the entrance of the campsite. It is recommended to respect the unsorted waste collection and not leave items or goods that cannot be disposed of (such as refrigerators, pallets, bicycles, etc.). Bins outside the restrooms are only for organic waste disposal.
BUY AND BOAT PARKING
Boat carts must be parked in the spaces assigned by the management. Buoys may only be used by authorized guests. Installing unauthorized buoys is prohibited. The campsite management assumes no responsibility if guests have not taken the proper precautions to secure their boats. We recommend that all guests review the navigation regulations.
