Rules and useful information for guests
Check-in
All guests (including children) must present a valid ID for registration. Guests authorized to bring dogs or cats must present their vaccination records and accept the regulations. Unregistered guests are strictly prohibited. Relatives or friends may enter during the day (from 08:00 AM to 10:00 PM) upon payment of the daily visitor fee. Overnight stays for visitors are not allowed.
Guests may access accommodations (tents, lodges, mobile homes) from 03:00 PM, while caravan pitches are available from 01:00 PM. In case of early arrival, check-in is possible, but the management cannot guarantee access before the scheduled time.
The booked stay must be paid upon arrival and guaranteed by credit card. Without a credit card, advance payment is required in cash (max €3,000), debit card, or check.
Access Control
All guests will receive a mandatory identification wristband. Only guests wearing the wristband can enter or exit the campsite using the pass reader.
Cars are registered: the rate includes one car only. A second car requires payment of the daily extra car fee. Guests with seasonal agreements must display the sticker on the windshield issued by the management.
Electricity and Water Connections on Pitches
All pitches are connected to 6 Ampere electricity. Some also include water supply and drainage.
Power cables must comply with CEE standards. Tampering with electrical units is strictly prohibited. In case of blackout, please contact reception. For water access, guests must also contact staff.
Sanitary Facilities and Laundry
Hot water, showers, and toilet paper are free of charge. Facilities include chemical toilets, a baby area, accessible services, and a paid laundry service.
An additional accessible facility is available at the beach bar. The key can be requested at reception or the beach bar.
Guests are kindly asked to leave facilities clean and use them properly. Free hot water must not be wasted, especially in showers.
A Camper Service area is also available outside the facilities.
Accommodation Inventory Check
Guests are advised to check the inventory upon arrival and report any missing items.
The baby set (crib, high chair, and bath) is available on request and for a fee. Bath towels can be rented for €10 per person.
Maintenance Requests in Accommodations
In case of malfunctions or breakdowns, guests must contact reception by 07:00 PM. Repairs will be carried out as soon as possible.
If replacement of equipment such as boiler or air conditioner is required, intervention will take place within 48 hours.
Check-out
Check-out is available from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM. Guests must go to reception with all wristbands.
Caravan pitches must be vacated by 01:00 PM. Accommodations must be vacated by 10:00 AM.
For night departures, guests must inform reception the day before.
Parking and Cars
Access to and exit from the campsite for loading/unloading is allowed from 08:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
During the night (10:00 PM – 08:00 AM), guests may exit only via the parking area. To re-enter, guests must show their wristband at reception.
Temporary stops are allowed for loading/unloading, but parking near pitches or accommodations is prohibited.
Night Surveillance Service
Security service is active from 10:00 PM to 08:00 AM.
In case of emergency, contact the security guard at the campsite entrance. If unattended, wait or call the guard by phone.
Emergency numbers are displayed outside reception.
Waste Disposal
Waste must be disposed of at the recycling area at the campsite entrance.
Guests are required to follow recycling rules.
Disposal of bulky items such as refrigerators, pallets, or bicycles is prohibited.
Boat Spaces, Buoy Rental and Navigation
Boat trailers must be parked in designated areas assigned by management. Buoys may only be used by authorized guests.
Unauthorized buoy installation is prohibited.
In case of storms or strong winds, guests must bring boats ashore as soon as possible.
Swimming Pools
Pool access is allowed from 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM.
Guests must follow the rules displayed at the entrance.
Sunbeds cannot be reserved with towels.
Silence Hours
Guests are required to respect silence from 11:30 PM to 08:00 AM.
During this time, please keep TV and radio volume low and avoid group gatherings.
Disturbing or vandalistic behavior is not tolerated and may result in expulsion from the campsite.
